Waited in lobby for 2 hours to check into my room on the middle of the night because staff was messing around and ignoring the desk.

Waited 2 hours at the front desk to check into my room because no staff was there. They were messing around in some room completely ignoring me and I got no sleep due to this. And didnt get the complimentary breakfast. I would like a refund.

Rooms were clean. The bedding needs replaced. The blankets on the bed were very worn and tattered. Plus nothing online tells you there is no elevators for handicap or elderly and we were on the third floor.

Room was across from ice machine so it was noisy late at night. When you leave the property it is difficult to see traffic because of the trees blocking the view. Pets are allowed however there is no area available for them to go to the bathroom so you have to leave to find somewhere for them to go so this is very inconvenient
