Excellent, welcoming staff, very clean rooms. 😊 Nice and quiet, extremely comfy beds and we were accomodated so well. The pool and hot tub were nice and clean and the front staff is on the ball making sure towels are stocked up for visitors. Ill be booking here whenever I travel to Sudbury from now on!!! Its been one of the most relaxing and peaceful stays I've had in a long time. 💗😌💯 Thank you for the lovely service and accomodations 😁😁😁 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The rooms were spacious and clean, the beds were comfortable, the breakfast was delicious and had a lot of variety. For the most part, the staff were friendly however; I didn’t like one of the lifeguards. She was disrespectful and would yell at the kids at the pool. I understand lifeguards have a job to do to keep everyone safe but SCREAMING at 4-10 year old guests is not professional.

Average stay, nothing special.
It was ok. Nothing great. The hotel was quiet. Strange check-in process. Registered with App and when I got to hotel was told that I could not get updates because I booked through Expedia. Pool area was small because of roped off due to slide. Good breakfast.
