Well worth the price. Convenient location (although not so safe surroundings), elevators, fitness center. We saw one of our beds not made properly, and the staff at the reception (who was working alone!) came in and changed it immediately. Breakfast had good variety. Check out timing was also convenient.

the homeless under the bridge were disconcerting. the shower handle came off in my hand, I did tell the front desk, and was able to have my shower. a little fly flew out of the towels when I pulled it off the rack. the carpet had some stains between the beds. not a nice area of town, but close to the arena.
