A good place to stay.
The room was what I expected- a large comfortable bed with a great view. The pillows leave something to be desired but - oh well… I woke in the night hot even though the heat wasn’t on. The air conditioner was really noisy but I used it until the room was cool then shut it down. Eventually I slept again. The bathroom is great and the soaps etc very nice. My complaint about the breakfast is the wooden cutlery. Really offensive both environmentally and quality wise considering the cost of a night’s stay.

Very comfortable, large room
We thought this hotel was very nice. The room smelled good and seemed very clean and comfortable. The room was larger than usual and was appointed nicely. We would stay here again. The breakfast was great with many selections to choose from.

The check in was quick, the staff were friendly. The room was clean and quiet. There were lots of choices for breakfast. We would definitely stay again.

At check-in, the Clerk processed my credit card and announced out loud (loud enough for other guests to hear) "It went through" as if it was a some great surprise; like I was some sort of lower caste bum that couldn't afford to stay there? I was mortified and embarrassed, but was exhausted and just wanted to get to our room. He then gives us a room on the ground floor by the laundry. If that wasn't enough, the room refridgerator had garbage in it! Had to gather our belongings and walk back to the desk to demand another room. The room we ended up with on the 4th floor was a downgrade (twin queen when I reserved a king, but no more were available?). Room was clean, but furniture was scuffed up and tired looking. I stay at Hilton hotels infrequently, but know this is not by any means up to the standard they hold. Sudbury Hilton needs to have a very serious review of their customer service. Shameful!

We checked in at 9 PM outside of coffee, There was nothing in the building available to eat. We went next-door to a bar which was closing at 11 PM. This accommodation is not worth almost $300.
