The 6th floor king rooms that we used were very clean, quiet, comfortable, spacious and in excellent condition. TV has good channel and quality. In room coffee was much better than kcup that are inost places. Nice bathrooms.

The hotel was run down in appearance. The pool was closed (main reason for booking, traveling with kids). The room was clean and comfortable, but very loud. The area made us uncomfortable with the amount of homeless around. The staff was nice. The bar staff was nice but the the restaurant was dark and dirty feeling. I would not stay there again.

Needle found under the pillow in the bed!!
Found a needle under my pillow when we brought it to the front desk the guy down played it saying it looked like a sewing needle (there was no hole for the thread) and said he would let house keeping know they needed to do a better job. Ther was no offer to switch us rooms, have the bedding changed ( I don't think it had been after theast guests or they would have found the needle under the pillow), didn't offer a discount on the room or any other solution to this problem and acted like I was over reacting for being upset over the situation. Downtown Sudbury isn't exactly the best neighborhood to say the least so any kind of needle was very concerning. Then when we checked out the other guy that was working the next morning didn't ask how our stay was or anything (we stay in a lot of hotels for work and this is always asked everywhere else) And don't even get me started on the smell of weed in the hall. Security guard sits at his desk all night never once did we see or hear him doing rounds on the floors to deal with noise or the weed smell that was clearly from someone smoking it on our floor. Save your money and don't risk your health. Health board has also been notified

The worker at the front desk, Lucky, was super demeaning towards me and wouldnt listen or accommodating. Kept making me feel very bad and wouldnt listen to anything i was saying. Idk if it was discrimination or his culture but just because im a woman that is native american, doesnt mean you can look down on me. He listened to my brother and my partner but rverytime i spoke up, he would look away and talk down on me. Very unpleasant. Would never come back again because of him. We went out for the night and someone came into our room and went thru all our things. There was only the two keys we had and we had them on us. I would NOT come back ever again They are super rude and the fact that when we came back to our room and ALL our bags were open and our things were gone through. My ID was on the floor and its in a wallet that i NEVER open that was deep in a bag that wasnt open at all since coming through the doors. I would rate it 0 stars if i could.

Was an ok stay, nothing fancy in this hotel, didn't like that they didn't have an air vent in the washroom, and the blackout curtains were torn. Also if you're a large size person you won't be able to sit on the toilet as it's too close to the wall.
