Come by Land or Sea and enjoy the beautiful water front view at our newly renovated Sailfish Suites, located in the heart of the Manatee Pocket!
This second floor suite, is fully furnished 1/1 that is designed for vacationers ease and comfort. The bedroom is furnished with a King bed, 42' TV flat screen and plenty of closet space for his and her. The living room, dinning room and kitchen have an open concept layout and perfect for everything from a weekend getaway to an extended stay guest!
The Space:
Enjoy our amazing waterfront views and pool!
Free amenities included in nightly rate!
Paddle boards
BBQ grills
Bikes (beach cruisers)
Kayaks with floating dock to launch from property
Beach chairs
Fenced in Dog Park
Parking boat at the dock is an additional $3/ft/day (May vary on Holidays and/or seasons)
Onsite trailer parking is $1/ft/day
We have a $85pet fee, per pet. Guest who do not notify host of pet will be charged $175/per pet.
No smoking within 25ft of the property. We have a very nice designated smoking area on the south side of the property with a picnic table over looking the water.

Guest will have full access to parking, suites, back yard, hammocks, picnic tables, washer and driers, bbq, beach chairs, bikes, paddle boards and kayaks!

Wonderful place to stay
Great location and nice rooms. The room we had appeared to have some old water damage and possible mold but had everything we needed and was a great size. They go all out for our furry friends. On the site they do advertise bicycles, kayaks, etc but bikes were very rusted with some flat tires and you had to fight the spiders to get to the kayaks and i can only guess the paddles were somewhere in the open shed, that also had many critters. All in all. We loved iy and had a freat time. We will go back but will take our own bikes
also go all out for our furry friends

A Suite place in Port Salerno
Clean, comfortable, waterfront location with a view, within walking distance to many of Port Salerno's dining options. Comfortable bed and adequately supplied kitchen to meet basic needs.

Old school property in great condition. Perfect location. Landlord is responsive. Music from the restaurants across the water adds to the flavor, but does not disrupt sleep.
