Surrounded by 250 acres of pristine forest and 1 mile from Sherwood Forest Nature Preserve, our property is a haven for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts alike.
Unique landscaping AND abundant wild life - deer, foxes, turkeys, groundhogs, racoons, opossums, coyotes, rarely seen Fisher Cat, and more....as well as many different kinds of birds that return to nest at our property every year including Hummingbirds ...


Featuring 3 custom designed bedrooms with Queen Size beds + 1 bedroom with king size bed, 2 full bathrooms, open concept kitchen/ dining room / living room, and large game room. 3000sq ft of fully renovated property.

Central A/C and Heating and 2 electric fireplaces

There are 6 smart TVs on the premises (1 in each bedroom, one in the living room, and one in the game room) with free WIFI internet and free Netflix.

Our kitchen is fully loaded with high end appliances as well as dinnerware, glassware, cookware, bakeware, utensils - all to help you feel like at home! Perfect for casual cooking or chef's masterpieces.
Coffee lovers can chose from Keurig, Regular Drip Coffee Pot, and French Press. We provide Keurig cups, ground coffee, instant coffee, regular coffee & decaf coffee, creamers, sugars & sweeteners and more.
Selection of teas, spices, and other kitchen basics are provided.

All guests have access to our laundry room which comes with a supply of laundry detergent.

FLOOR PLAN:
Ground Floor - Game Room
Main Level - Master bedroom with king size bed, bathroom with walk-in shower, laundry room, living room, dining room, kitchen, office area, and hallway.
Top Level - 3 bedrooms (2 with 1 queen size bed each/1 with 2 queen size beds), and a bathroom with a large bathtub and walk-in shower.

All beds come with fresh/clean beddings & linens. We provide 2 towels per person so no need to bring your own.

Away from home doesn’t have to be less comfortable than being home. Everything in our house, from furniture to kitchen supplies, from mattresses to linens and towels were hand selected to ensure comfort, convenience, and relaxing atmosphere.

THE HOUSE ACCOMMODATES UP TO 10 PEOPLE INCLUDING CHILDREN OF ANY AGE.
ALL GUESTS MUST BE DISCLOSED ON THE RESERVATION due to Licensing and Insurance Purposes!!
WE WILL MONITOR THE OCCUPANCY VIA OUTDOOR SECURITY CAMERAS SYSTEM.
Breach of this rule is a ground for immediate termination of the stay with NO refund.

The house is perfect for small 'get togethers ' and low key weekend getaways but it is NOT A PARTY HOUSE (NO high school or college graduations).

We however welcome 'special occasions' such as birthdays, engagements, anniversaries, and even small weddings - as long as the maximum occupancy is adhered to at all times.

For Engagements or small weddings we have a custom made arch and decorations - if you'd like to use, just let us know in advance. There is no fee for this feature (we just need to know in advance to decorate it).

PROPERTY IS MONITORED VIA OUTDOOR SECURITY CAMERAS.
Only entrance to the house, parking area, and our long driveway are monitored. There are no cameras indoor OR in any other areas as we value our guests' privacy.

We will ask everyone to re-confirm the number of guests AND confirm that our basic rules have been read and agreed to.
