Snitterfield is an ideal village location to explore Warwickshire and the Cotswolds. The local store and local pub, serving good food are both just a short stroll away.
The cottage has been recently refurbished with new carpets and a quirky yet comfortable decor.
The porch entrance includes a bureau containing lots of tourist information for guests. You will also find a couple of umbrellas just in case you should need them.
You enter the lounge with its comfortable two-seater sofa-bed and quaint rocking chair and a monks bench, a log-burner (wood provided), flagstone floor and smart TV.
The kitchen-diner is very well equipped with gas oven and hob, microwave, washer-dryer, fridge freezer; plus a handy picnic rucksack provided for you to take out and about when you explore the local area. The kitchen really does have everything you need and includes complimentary tea/coffee/sugar/milk, tea towels and basic condiments.
The stairs lead to a large first floor landing area. Storage cupboards on the landing are private and therefore padlocked.
A spacious main bedroom includes a double bed with a high quality Tempura mattress, two bedside tables, a wardrobe and drawers.
The office has a large desk and a swivel chair. The desk contains a widescreen monitor and HDMI cable, a keyboard and a mouse.
The bathroom contains a large walk-in shower, sink and comfort-height toilet.
All bed linen, towels and basic toiletries are provided.
The cottage garden is a beautiful and peaceful space with a ‘pub-style’ bench and additional folding chairs There is a beautiful outlook over the ancient orchard fields.
The cottage benefits from a modern gas boiler, central heating and a log burner. There is a well stocked log store because there nothing quite like warming your toes in front of a cozy fire during those colder nights.
Guest access
You will be renting the entire cottage with private front access and rear garden. The allocated parking space is a gravel driveway at the end of the row of cottages (next to No 6)
Check-in details are sent via email which you will receive pictures of parking and your unique access code for lockbox.
Other things to note
You are advised to reverse into the allocated parking space, or the on-road parking spaces opposite, to ensure a safer exit.
