It welcomes you in a warm and comfortable setting with exposed beams to a romantic getaway to discover Strasbourg, a business or tourist trip.

🌃 The Grande Île de Strasbourg, sometimes called "Island Ellipse", is the most central and most characteristic island of the city of Strasbourg, of which it is the historic center. Light and airy apartment in a great location
The apartment is centrally located, walking distance to the train station, lots of cafes and restaurants and the Cathedral district. We had a very pleasant weeklong stay. We did have a problem with heat the last couple of days, as we were there in October, a day before the heat was to be turned on, and though there was a space heater it did not function. The concierge was very helpful.

Nicht zu empfehlen - entspricht nicht der Anzeige
Die Lage war sehr zentral und dennoch ruhig. Leider entspricht der Zustand der Einrichtung überhaupt nicht den Fotos. Die Schlafcouch war dermaßen abgenutzt und mit Flecken übersät, das wir sie nicht nutzen konnten. Der Fernseher ist veraltet, Sitzkissen auf den Stühlen fleckig und kaputt gerissen, ebenso die Gardinen in der Küche. Dicke Staub- und Spinnwebengebilde an den Decken. Die Wohnung wirkte insgesamt schmuddelig. Der Vermieter Cotoon hatte im Vorfeld einen Vertrag und Erinnerungen geschickt, was wir alles nicht durften und welche Regeln zu befolgen sind. U.A. sollte nach Ankunft Fotos von vorhandenen Schäden geschickt werden, damit diese nicht uns angelastet werden. Es konnten dann aber gar nicht so viele Fotos hochgeladen werden, wie Vorschäden vorhanden sind. Wir haben deutlich zum Ausdruck gebracht, das die Couch in diesem Zustand nicht nutzbar und damit ein Vertragsbestandteil nicht erfolgt ist, aber der Vermieter ist nicht zu einem finanziellen Ausgleich bereit. Obwohl hier selbst festgestellt wurde, dass der Zustand der Couch bekannt sei, man sich bemühe, diese auszutauschen. Wir können diese Wohnung nicht empfehlen!

Wenn man dann verstanden hat, wie man an die Schlüssel kommt 😁 ist es sehr einfach. Die Kommunikation war auf Englisch immer jederzeit möglich. Sichere Unterkunft. Alles fußläufig, man kommt innerhalb von 10min in die Unterkunft und hat die Innenstadt quasi um die Ecke.

Die Wohnung war hinlänglich sauber und zentral gelegen. ABER: Es war nicht die Wohnung, die wir - mit guten Gründen - gebucht hatten. Einen Tag vor Abreise erhielten wir eine Whatsapp mit dem Hinweis, die gebuchte Wohnung sei wegen Reparaturarbeiten nicht verfügbar. Dann darf sie erst gar nicht inseriert werden! Es scheint eine gängige Masche zu sein: gut gelegene, sehr schön ausgestattete Wohnungen anbieten, die Leute im guten Glauben buchen lassen und sie dann auf die restlichen Wohnungen umverteilen. Seien Sie gewarnt...

Positiv: Die Wohnung lag sehr gut im Zentrum und ist sehr gemütlich aussgestattet. Sehr gemütliche Betten. Negativ: Die Betreuung durch das Call-Center wäre verbesserungsfähig, da diese uns eher in die Fichten geführt haben, als uns zu helfen. Backofen war außer Funktion. Spinnweben hinter dem Bett. Kleiner Tipp: Bitte lest genau nach wo die Schlüssel liegen!! Achtet auf den Briefkasten,denn der Schlüssel befindet sich in einem Safe im Briefkasten. Wenn ihr woanders schaut, dann wird dies zu einem wahrlichen Exit-Spiel.
