Clean nice room, great location and facility. Very nice breakfast. Room service quality depends on the person cleaning of the day, somehow tucks the bedsheet in together with the blanket, so when removing blanket, bedsheet comes out too. They forget to replace towels and water, but all it takes is a phone call and all problem would be solved so no issue. The front desk is amazing. The fitness center is not really a fitness center, just a sad gloomy room with a treadmill, bike and elliptical. Overall great stay, the things mentioned above didn't affect the quality of stay. Appears to be the best hotel around strasbourg station, would recommend.

A great little hotel directly opposite the station

This is our second time staying at this hotel. Very warm welcome, room upgraded and a complementary bottle of fizz. Room quiet, great air conditioning, nice view over the Plaza and very quiet.

We absolutely adored this hotel. Our suite room was huge with plenty of windows overlooking the train station square. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The building had old-world European charm with modern amenities. Our bathroom was huge and clean. Our only negative observation is that the mattresses on the beds were too firm.

5 star experience!

5 star experience at this 4 star hotel. Impeccable service, great location, beautiful hotel and reasonable prices. Large bathrooms were a plus. The only critique is that i wish the A/C was colder and/or blew harder in the room. The room was cool-ish but at night I needed colder temps. I would absolutely stay here again. You are made to feel that they've rolled out a red carpet for you at check in (felt like a VIP) and they were sure to greet you any time you returned to the hotel. A++

Convenient to train station. Nice property with view. Strange for a 4star no good coffee machine in room which is inconvenient, only one bottle of water for 3 nights, no lotion in room. Larger bathroom , nice towel and water pressure. Good bed.

The deco of the lobby & halls, the location near the train station, and the restaurant within the hotel were its strongest features. The courtesy of the staff and the pleasant layout of the room were appreciable. The price was okay, but it reflected the convenient location.
