Nearby are 3 nature reserves as well as a safari park and funfair - great for weekend getaways. There are also lots of fishing pools all around the county. There are also riverboat trips which operate on the canal.

Stourport is situated less than 23 miles from Birmingham city centre which offers lots of entertainment for the whole family. Perhaps a trip to the theatre to watch a production or a day out at the NEC.
