The one thing that stands out to me is there is no obvious area to stop the car, unload baggage and check in. I found a small lot behind the building and left my car there as I walked back to the front to check in. The car park is actually across the street and once that was explained to me it wasn’t too much of a bother.
A new property and level of service was excellent as to be expected
Only criticism is in finding the hotel car park. This is a paid for car park, paid upon arrival. At a fee of £9 I would expect signage to the car park to have been better.However, the signage from highway approaches are terrible. This needs addressing.
Needed a hotel to be close to venue the next day and this was ideal and reasonable.
Clean and quiet.
Was a bit strange when housekeeping let themselves in at 21:30, woke my daughter up and then just turned around and left without apologising.
Apart from that, it was a pleasant and convenient stay
Hotel was lovely and the lady that checked us in was so nice. Room was a good size and bed was very comfy. Only thing that let it down was a fire alarm going off at 7:30am and no one told us what to do or what happened. I had to go down to reception to ask just to me told false alarm and that’s it. Other than that no issues!
The hotel itself was very good and the staff helpful. Parking was quite expensive.
The area the hotel is in didn’t feel quite safe in the evening and there were not many restaurants nearby.
