There was no place to park! There were construction vehicles/rigs with trailers that were parked sideways in the parking lot taking up 7 parking spaces per rig. And there were 3 in the parking lot taking up many of the parking spaces. I had to park across the street in someone else's parking lot-worring the whole time that my car would be towed. I mentioned to the evening desk attendant as I checked in well as the morning attendant as I was checking out-neither seemed concerned about the situation. I feel someone should have had the construction rigs park elsewhere if there was no room for their big rigs in the hotel parking lot. I was not happy about parking elsewhere and walking in the dark carrying my luggage to the hotel!

If you are going to charge $125 a night for a dog, I would hope the facility would be more pet friendly. I couldn’t be in the pool with my son because I couldn’t bring the dog into the pool area, not even on a leash. She wasn’t going to get into the pool!

This hotel was very nice clean and modern it had out door fire pitch with chairs they even had s’mores , walkable plus bike trails right outside breakfast was GREAT Staff super friendly also close to Fish Creek Falls park perfect place to stay They do charge extra $10 to park at hotel

While is was clean, I was disappointed that after a day of recreating in and around Steamboat, room service hadn't entered my room even made the bed.
