I reserved a room with two queen beds but when I arrived I was told that the only room available had a king. The desk agent gave us a roll-away bed and I appreciate that, but it's not the same as a real bed. We arrived late and it felt like they just gave our room to someone else.

The computers had issues and check in took longer than expected. The first room we were given was on the first floor and smelled damp and musty. The front desk graciously switched us to the third floor that was better but still had a smell. Property is in need of a deep clean.

I stayed here 5 years ago and I thought it would not be so outdated as it looked. It has also become an out of town construction worker hotel where they stay. They took over the parking lot and all common areas. Will not stay there again

One of the reasons I booked this particular hotel was because it had a restaurant/bar attached to it, only to find out that, although there is one, it is permanently closed. The staff was just lovely and very friendly.

Generally a good stay. Staff tried to accommodate my needs when I requested handicapped facilities on arrival. The room wasn't as handicapped accessible as some I have had: ex., tub transfer vs. open shower.
