Oleas Stari Grad Hvar - 2 Min To Center Ocean Bus and Supermarket

Mi casa es su casa. Come and enjoy Stari Grad close to the center in my house on Hvar island. On the sunny terrace you can comfortably sunbathe or end the day. In about 2 minutes walk you are at the port and in the center where a supermarket, bakery, restaurants, tourist office, bus stop and much more are available.

It has the perfect combination, meaning not that big but adequate space, a garden, one parking space and a sunny terrace for relaxing and sunbathing. The accommodation is close to the center of the promenade, shopping, ATMs, tourist office and bus stops.

The place:

Room 1, two single beds with access to the terrace WITH air conditioning – 1st floor

Room 2, two single beds with access to the terrace WITH air conditioning – 1st floor

Room 3, a double bed without access to the terrace WITH air conditioning – 1st floor

Room 4, a double bed with topper and sofa bed without access to the terrace WITHOUT air conditioning – ground floor

Maximum 10 people in total (in room 4 a maximum of 2 light people on the sofa bed is recommended, better 1 person, makes a total of 9 people).

The dining area is outside in the garden for 6, on the terrace for 8. With additional chairs more people can use the areas. No indoor dining area. If it rains there is no place to get together. Kitchen with a table and two chairs and an induction hotplate. In the kitchen there is a small table with two chairs.

The room on the ground floor has a limited view through the window (as seen in the picture) without access to the terrace but to the garden area. It is equipped with 1x double bed for 2 people and 1x sofa bed for 2 people (optimally 1 person).

Upper floor (rooms 1-3) is only accessible via an external staircase (see picture, no internal staircase).

You can use the kitchen, refrigerator, washing machine, garden area and a parking space in front of the garage (max. minibus).

The owner is on the ground floor in a separate room and also uses the bathroom on the ground floor. Regardless of how you book. However, the owner is not present all year round, so better ask before booking if the owner's presence is a problem for you.

Bicycles (subject to availability, no bicycles for children, only mountain bikes for sporty riding) are available for a small fee.

The air conditioning has an automatic control. Use the air conditioning sensibly.

The property has surveillance cameras recording outside only.

The property is not barrier-free.

For hot water you have to turn on the water heater like almost everywhere on the island/ old houses in Croatia.

Great location
We really enjoyed our stay here. The outside space is perfect for enjoying breakfast or a drink before dinner and the location is ideal, just round the corner from the harbour. Zoran was really welcoming and gave us lots of info in the area.
