Dogs are $75!!!!! They say it’s pet friendly but most hotels a dog is 25 but this place is $75!!! The room was $105 and the dog was $75!!!! For $75 I could have put the dog in a nice overnight doggie hotel. And this place does NOT HAVE BREAKFAST! The don’t have the eggs and waffle machine and a place to sit. You get a doggy bag with a waffle or pancake that you have to cook yourself. It’s like elementary school food back in the 80’s. The shower floor was nasty, the toilet was constantly running, there is no fan in the bathroom, the carpet floor was moist from the air conditioner leaking, the wallpaper was leaking, the walls are scuffed. The cut corners in every way. We won’t stay here again.

Not as nice as i thought it was going to be based off expedia rating. Was told they are about to do a remodel and i got the impression they were letting a lot of cosmetic things slide. Place is not great and definitely needs a remodel.

When checking in I was first assigned room 402. The air quality and temperature downstairs in the lobby was decent, the temperature was nice and cool. Once exiting the elevator on the 4th floor, I noticed the hallway was extremely hot as if the air conditioner was turned off it also had a foul odor. It was extremely humid causing me stop and catch my breath. I went into my assigned room and noticed the same air quality, room 402 was extremely hot and smelt like smoke. I attempted to change the thermostat to a cooler temperature, it was set on 78 degrees and wouldn’t go up or down. I was unsuccessful at changing the thermostat and returned to the front desk to request a different room. I was able to change to room 313. Same issue occurred, I exited the elevator on the third floor and the hallway was extremely hot and smelt of smoke as if someone was smoking or something caught fire recently. I entered 313 and the air temperature was a lot better and I was able to change the temperature on the thermostat. The room had a mild smell to it as if it had mold. The bathroom wasn’t clean at all and needs to be upgraded. The bathtub has 2 holes on the floor (see pictures) The shower head was filthy as if it wasn’t cleaned in months as well as the overall shower area. See attached pictures.

This was probably the safest hotel on my trip. It’s extended stay as well. Not located close to restaurants but that is what makes it safe. Could have had more utensils and such in the kitchen though. Didn’t have anything really.

Not a pleasant stay
Upon checking in my first stay the staff were wonderful and friendly. The room, not great. Every dish available was in the dishwasher, which was broken, and full of water so if we needed any dishes we had to wash them with bar soap, since dish soap was not available. The beds were hard, lumpy and uneven. I woke up with my back and sides aching. Worst nights sleep ever. The bathroom door lock also was broken, which is not great with curious small children, traveling with you. "Breakfast" is a prepackaged single waffle, box of cereal, etc and a kids fruit cup, that you get from the front desk in a brown paper bag. Nothing impressive. Second night stay, when checking in to switch rooms, the girl at the front desk was nowhere to be found, then when found, there were zero pleasantries. She seemed to have no customer service abilities, whatsoever. The second room had every dish still in the dishwasher, as was the case in the first room. Apparently, new guests are tasked with a chore, upon arriving? Not an impressive experience.
