Room was changed from 2 bedroom condo to 2 separate rooms day before checking in. Can’t walk to rooms and need to rely on golf cart service to and from your room to lobby or car. NO BEACH !!

The place seemed clean and secure. No power or water outages while we were there. But this is a timeshare property, first and foremost. That means no cleaning service. My biggest complaint was with the restaurant. They couldn't keep a glass of water from going empty on 2 of the 3 times we went. One time they were out of fish and shrimp, which makes up 1/3 of their menu. And then they hit you with mandatory 18% gratuity. There's golf carts that will take you from the parking lots up to your room or down to the pools, but otherwise it's a crazy amount of stairs to get anywhere.

Room was great but staff seem uninterested when we asked questions. Restaurant staff was very slow and food arrived before we had drinks on night. Neil was super grateful with golf cart rides when needed.

Bed comfortable, however, a/c could not be adjusted nor could be turned off. We called for maintenance and he suggested we just get more blankets. We were talked into attending the time share and then when we didn't sign up were asked, "why did you attend the presentation?" The restaurant was, at best, a typical beach bar type food...please don't go there if you're a foodie.

The smell from the sargassum was so bad the week we were there we couldn't eat at the restaurant. There was the biggest roach I've ever seen in my room. A crippled rat that actually knocked on the door. Cute kitties, dogs, crabs and lizards everywhere (which was cool) my friend had a bad foot and couldn't do the 1\4 mile walk uphill or the 70+ stairs so we were stuck in the room at 11 because that's when the shuttles stopped. Beautiful view and nice pool up on the hill above the smell.
