The open floor plan and numerous windows allow the refreshing trade winds to flow through the home, cooling it naturally. Vaulted, open-beam cathedral ceilings in the great room give the space an expansive feeling. Casually elegant furnishings, local materials and a distinguished interior pallet make it the perfect place for couples, families, corporate retreats, and much more!

Facing Frenchman’s Bay, the Atlantic Ocean and nearby islands, the villa is surrounded by tropical landscape and clear views to surrounding islands. The large open-concept kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, spacious cabinetry, and a center island suitable entertaining. The kitchen is stocked with glassware, silverware, cookware and any other essential needed to make out guest feel right at home. The dining area features a large family-stye table with comfortable seating for 10 with an additional dining table at the front of the home that accommodates 6.
The living room area is filled with a comfy sofa and club chairs, with plenty of plush throw pillows, to sit and view the uninterrupted view of the private pool deck.
The master bedroom has stunning views on both sides. This room is equipped with a brand new king mattress, bedding, a spacious closet and plenty of room for guest to unpack and feel right at home!
The study offers a private business area and sleeping quarters for guest that may have to tend to items on the mainland during their stay. This room is equipped with a wireless printer, printing supplies, and a desk with chair for all of our guest’s business needs during their stay. This room also has a full sleeper sofa to accommodate guests.
The two bedrooms upstairs offer a private intimate retreat for every guest or child that is coming to enjoy our little slice of heaven. Each bedroom has it’s own private bathroom and has exterior lockout capabilities. The first guest room is equipped with a café set overlooking the private patio. It is accompanied with a spiral staircase loft with a comfy queen bed with high-quality linens. The second guest room, overlooking the mountainside of the island on one side and views of the harbor on the other. It has two plush queen beds with matching linens in the loft overhead as well as a comfortable pull-out sofa.
Our downstairs bedroom is a set up as an efficiency to include a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, etc. along with bistro seating – perfect for a morning cup of coffee. This bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed as well as a private bathroom.
The mango room, on the second level, is a small bedroom with pullout trundle bed – enough to sleep two. This room is equipped with a private bath and private lockable entrance.
The villa exterior has multiple seating areas, a gas grill and outdoor dining areas. There is a beautiful pool and large sunning deck on the back of the house with stunning views. Chaise lounge chairs are scattered on the pool deck to soak up all the island sun.
