The space
Living Area:
Bright and open with heart pine beadboard, a cozy couch, and a 55" 4k TV with soundbar. Three big windows offer views of the neighborhood park.

Kitchen:
Modern and fully equipped with shaker-style cabinets, butcher block countertops, a 5-burner gas stove, Bosch dishwasher, LG refrigerator, and a stacked LG washer/dryer.

Bedroom:
Features a queen-sized bed, exposed brick chimney, full-length mirror, and ample storage with custom-built shelving.

Great location
Just as pictured. Had all we needed. Very clean. There was a strong smell of soap for our entire stay. Not sure what that was about. Otherwise, communication was great, and no issues about a step-in tub. There is a walk-in shower. The location is perfect with easy access to the beach and restaurants. We preferred the shops and dining places at the corner of Arnold and Ocean. Ocean In Motion rents bikes for the day and is just a short walk up the street. Nice little shop as well.

Perfect space for me!
I was very happy with my stay - the host was very responsive with any questions I had, and also checked in (message, not in person) to make sure my stay was going well. The location was perfect - 1 block from the beach, and and either a very short drive or a nice walk into town.

Attractive unit in a great location on the island, but in some aspects could be improved. Check-in was a bit muddled as we had been provided two different codes for combination door lock, and there was work ongoing to fix the air conditioner prior to and at time of our arrival. On our second night there, we lost TV reception due to the "smart" TV losing its internet connection, which was puzzling since our other electronic devices didn't lose their connections in the unit. The problem wasn't remedied until 4 days later, despite repeated texts to the host. In some respects, the unit could be better equipped - for example, only one hand towel, one dish towel, three coat hangers.

Super nice, clean 1 bedroom in an older home that has been expertly converted into a 4plex. Well equipped for 2 but I recommend you bring a light blanket or throw as linens are limited to sheets and down style comforter in bedroom. Living room had lots of throw pillows but could use a blanket. Tub is old fashioned as pictured. Cute but very difficult for folks who are vertically challenged or have bad knees/hips to get in and especially out of the shower. Other units were occupied during our stay but everyone was very quiet. Easy access to town and beach. Unit was exactly as advertised and in great shape.

first apartment had a shower that was not usable. (Tub converted shower was hard to get in and out of. When I called the owner he immediately moved us to an other apartment across the hall. This apartment was completely acceptable, and we enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment and all ammenities were of the highest order.

Great stay for a couple at St. Simon's Island!
Our family has been visiting the island for 40 plus years. We have stayed in many different places. This location is great, with just off the beach access. It is a medium walk to the Village and pier. The place was very attractive, clean and well stocked. Wes and Edis answered our questions quickly both before and during the visit. Thank you Wes and Edis for a wonderful trip! We look forward to returning to visit again.

Just what the doctor ordered.
Perfect location walk out the door and in one minute your on the beach. Three minutes walk to the Crab Trap. The house is all up dated but with a historical beach island accent ingrained into the fiber of the home. Quite often I would wonder what it would be like 100 years ago to live in this house. Perfect balance and a model for all VRBO and how to do it right.

Wonderful 1st time stay in St.Simons!
The Loft was the perfect place for an anniversary trip! Although there were other people in the other units, we didn’t hear them at all. I love the keypad entry so we didn’t have to keep up with a card or a key. Bed linens and towels were fluffy and perfect. Space was very clean. Edis and Wesley are very helpful and respond quickly to messages. 0.9 mile to downtown - an easy walk. Once there, we rented bikes and rode down Ocean Blvd to East Beach. Then we rode back on Bruce Dr. The houses are amazing. We had breakfast at Palmers - highly recommend. Mellow Mushroom’s back porch is perfect for watching football. Dinner at The Half Shell was wonderful. Overall, everything during our stay was great! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your loft. We can’t wait to come back!

Great location for a great beach getaway.
We greatly enjoyed our stay at this property. It is well-appointed, just a short walk to the beach, and a short walk to a few great restaurants and the pier village. We would certainly stay here again and our only regret is that we had to leave!

Everything was really clean and neat. The design and decor of the property was very serene.
