This was a horrible experience. None of the amenities of which they advertise are available. They advertise a breakfast. It is no longer available and hasn’t been available in two years. The new owners do not have the same care that the previous owners had and this experience was terrible no water, pressure, no hot water, The service was terrible

No elevator, no worries I live through 3 hurricanes not far from this location. I get damages. But don’t rent out the room when it not safe. When I arrived I noticed I didn’t have a remote control for the TV. I went to the desk and was met with an attitude. Lashranda was very short. I requested a remote (3:45). She said she would send one up when she finds one. (2 1/2 hours with out a working television) The door on the room did not lock from the inside. ( very scary for a disabled senior) so needless to say I will definitely not be returning to this hotel. I’ve been here numerous times before the hurricane, I like the view. But service,none here. I give it a negative 10.

The room was clean and comfortable but, only rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors were available and no elevator! Also, no porter to help with a bag to the 3rd floor. I am near 80 and the stairs with my bag nearly did me in!!!!

The hotel was clean. We stayed the last week of November. When we checked in, we found out the elevator was not working. This should have been advertised when booking the room. They only cleaned our room once during our five-day stay and forgot to put an extra toilet paper roll when we ran out. When I went to the desk to ask for an extra roll since we ran out, they said I had to go find a housekeeper. I did, and they only spoke Spanish. I had to go back to the desk and she found an extra roll in the guest bathroom on the first floor. The hotel was in a great location to the beach and we could see the beach from our 3rd floor room. It was also easy walking distance. The first floor was closed due to construction.

I understand they are recovering from hurricane damage and I'm happy to support the beach area businesses. That being said, my room had termites and mold. In addition, the AC did not work properly and the light on the smoke alarm kept flashing. Concerns expressed at the front desk were met with mixed results. This is a pet friendly hotel. However, be prepared for the barks and howls of unattended dogs. The housekeeping staff was probably the highlight. They were friendly and attentive.
