The lady at check in was nice and helpful. However, the room had a stinky carpet smell, housekeeping never once cleaned our room, we asked for towels and our linens to be changed at.the front desk and the guy gave all the linens and towpes to him to chamge the bed ourselves and the.tpilet disnt flush well

Towels Dirty, room smelled like cigarettes. Switched rooms, same smell. This place should be an embarrassment for Marriott Bonvoy Hotel. It definitely was a motel at one point and you can still get the motel feel.

We were told we would have to move rooms due to the room next door having bed bugs. I was not offered a discount for the inconvenience of me having to switch rooms. We were so exhausted from the flight I did not have a chance to check the beds just jumped in bed and went to sleep. The bed had old coca puffs in it, I contacted the manager he said he would inform the cleaning staff.
