Girls Night!
I had an overnight stay at this property with my daughter and her best friend (both 9). We thoroughly enjoyed our time, everything was as advertised and when I had to communicate I received prompt responses.

Dissapointing
Place was shown to be as a sit alone home. It was not. It was a home divided into two. Cable wires hanging out of the walls. Smoke detector hanging from ceilings some missing. Wash room was out side in a falling down room. Roof had been leaking, door wouldn’t shut. Look like a good place a snake would be hanging out in. Both garbage cans full with maggots. Bedrooms and the beds as far as furnishing s I’d give a 2. I stay in lots of rentals and I have never given a bad review once. This place was misleading and way over priced. Don’t do it!!!

House management watched me the whole time we were at the house, called the police on us and made us leave saying we violated a rule she made up. I asked the property manager to show us the rule in the booking and she couldn’t show us

THE HOUSE: Okay, so the house itself is actually a duplex but don't worry...the back yard is privacy fenced to separate the two and the pool is just for you as well. I think I recall reading that the pool isn't heated, but that literally did not matter in Florida in June lol. The water was WARM which our family loved! We saw one cockroach in a windowsill but I'm thinking that must be a Florida thing because we saw them on the pier as well. The house was NOT dirty or gross at all. It's not a luxurious mansion, but it was perfect for our family of 4. THE HOST: I received plenty of updates leading up to check-in time explaining the process and other FYIs. I even texted Lila at 7:47p the night before we were supposed to check out to see if we could extend our stay an extra day, and within an hour we were set! I didn't have any house issue worth asking about, but I feel confident she would have resolved it if I had. THE LOCATION: The house is in Largo which I thought was perfect. It's outside of the high-traffic tourist zones, but still has a Walmart, a Publix, and lots of restaurants to choose from. It's about 18 minutes from the airport, and 20-25 minutes to all the beaches/activities around Clearwater.

Good stay
Overall, had a good stay. Listing was accurate and the location was convenient. Only a few minor complaints - the pool and outdoor space could use a good cleaning and the refrigerator needs to be replaced (held closed with tape/Velcro). Aside from this we didn’t have any complaints. Nice property.

Our Vacation
Great property for a couple to get away for a few days or bring your kids down. We will definitely be coming back to Clearwater to book with Lila. She made sure there were plenty of towels, clean sheets and other amenities. The pool was clear and well taken care of. We enjoyed the fact that she had chairs and cooler as well. 5 star place.

Very fun vacation!
We had a really great time during our stay. The house had everything that we needed and the pool was perfect! It’s partially shaded in the back so we were able to swim with our babies while keeping them out of the sun. We would definitely stay here again. The house is located in a great spot it is close to everything! We were able to visit Clearwater, St. Pete, Tampa, and Orlando and it wasn’t to long of a drive for any of them. You won’t regret staying here!

This property was great I loved it and will be staying here again it’s my new favorite place to go on vacation lots of beaches around the owner is very friendly and helps with any problems you have. This house is in a good location and is clean the private pool is awesome to have especially if you have younger children!!!!
