The room I stayed in was basically a mini apartment with some appliances. It was nice having a full size refrigerator as well as a washer and dryer in the room. Also having the ability to cook meals in the room was an added convenience although I never made use of it. Large balcony for extra space and the TV was very large. The room served my purpose and didn’t cost an arm and a leg for what it offered. I was happy with my stay and I would return in the future.

The property was well maintained and updated. The only issue we had was with the door lock and the TV. The door lock was difficult to use, but the staff came up and changed the batteries right away and it worked better. The TV did not work when we got there so I assumed it was the remote. Again, batteries were changed and all was well. Minor issues.

The hotel does not offer parking. They recommend parking at 6 "close-by" parking lots. You have to pay to park at each of these, around $30 a day and they are a long walk from the hotel. This was not stated up front and we were unaware until we got there.

No Parking For You!
The accommodations themselves are very nice, very clean. The issue with the establishment is that there is zero self-parking spaces available on site. Valet parking was available according to staff at $35.00 per day although the outside sign indicated valet cost was either $15.00 or $25.00; not sure why the cost differences. Unfortunately for us, the valet parking was not available to us regardless of cost because of inclement weather. Lot parking is available at a few offsite locations at an additional cost that requires the use of an App which was not easy to use. Having to walk several blocks to and from our vehicle was not pleasant. For the expensive cost of the room, parking should be complementary even if it is offsite. To not disclose this issue and then require tired guests to deal with a poorly designed App to self park several blocks away was unacceptable. Thankfully, one porter assisted my husband with the App to get a spot within a 6 minute walk to the hotel. Will not be back because of this one issue.

Great location for a last minute baseball game. On site staff was super friendly. They even offer to stock the refrigerator if you want to purchase groceries in advance. I loved how easy it was to digitally register, check in, and use valet services.

The only small negative was parking but there were also baseball games going on at the time of my stay. Other than that the stay was fantastic. From the quick response from the staff to the cleanliness of the hotel, everything was perfect.

Was a great environment, the vibe is great and they went above and beyond for the event i was in town for, very welcoming and I wouldn't have anything bad to say if not for the bed..the bed was majorly lacking. The bed was very uncomfortable and I woke up with red dot bites on my legs.

Absolutely no overnight parking provided by the property, and little help finding any. If you plan to stay during a Rays game, none of the local parking lots will allow overnight parking. Plan accordingly.
