Luxurious Oceanfront Home w/ MILES of sandy beach & private Inter-Coastal dock!

A stay in this amazing home means that you will literally be mere steps away from the stunning waters of the Gulf of Mexico. You will be bathed in the glow of breath taking sunsets as you enjoy an evening stroll on the miles of stunning white sugar sand beach stretching in either direction. Walks on the beach become a treasure hunt as you discover a variety of seashells and even fossilized shark teeth! After your beach adventure, freshen up in the outdoor shower, with separate foot wash, and relax on the beachside patio. Bring your hammock and really deepen your vacation vibes as you sway in the warm sea breeze. Dine al fresco at the two built-in granite tables under the balcony or the picnic table conveniently located alongside our private sandy area. Bring your favorite recipes and enjoy beachside BBQing in the fresh sea breeze.


The entire home has been recently renovated to include an amazing open concept, well equipped cooks kitchen. There is even an additional refrigerator/freezer in the garage to easily accommodate that trip to Costco (only about 30 minutes away). Between our 8-person dining table and the 4-person kitchen island seating, your entire group can also easily and comfortably dine inside if you so choose. We even have a 55" Samsung Frame TV in the dining/kitchen area so you don't miss out on your favorite sporting events or shows while you enjoy this amazing space. We also have a separate family room right off the dining/kitchen area with its own TV and comfortable seating so that there is no need to squabble about the entertainment choices! The first floor also includes an ensuite bedroom with queen size bed, wall mounted TV, and a large walk-in shower. An easy-access half bathroom, laundry room, and garage/storage space complete the downstairs.


Beautiful custom stairs, bathed in natural light from the stunning curved two-story glass block feature wall, lead you to the remaining 4 bedrooms where everyone will be sure to feel pampered. The expansive master bedroom includes a king size bed, your own private lounging area, a nice seating area perfect for catching up on work or a quiet cup of coffee, a telescoping wall mounted TV, dual sink bathroom, expansive walk-in shower, and a large private balcony looking out over the Gulf of Mexico and the stunning beach. The second floor is also home to a shared bathroom with a roomy walk-in shower for use by the other two second floor bedrooms, both with their own wall mounted TV's. Choose from a lovely queen size bedroom or a pleasant room with two twin beds, providing flexibility for guests of all ages. No matter which room you choose, you will be sure to enjoy the shared balcony overlooking the inter-coastal waterway which just happens to be a great place to watch the sunrise each morning. The balcony also provides a great view of one of the unique features of this property, our own private inter-coastal dock! Very few properties in Florida can boast both inter-coastal access and beachside living. The dock includes a built-in bench and is great for fishing, sitting back to watch the leisurely boats passing by, or rent a local kayak or paddle board and explore the inter-coastal waterway for yourself.


On the third floor you will find a very private bedroom suite getaway. This large room has a beautiful queen size bed overlooking the inter-coastal waterway and stunning sunrises! The third floor suite also includes a private lounging area, wall-mounted telescoping TV, ensuite bathroom with spacious shower/tub combo, and a private balcony overlooking the inter-coastal waterway. Anyone will be sure to feel relaxed after a stay in this amazing space!


All bedrooms, the family room, and the kitchen/dining area have been outfitted with brand-new Samsung televisions that are streaming compatible so you won't miss out on your favorite shows. Beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas are provided for our guests.


This beautiful vacation home provides convenient access to the Tampa airport, Downtown Tampa, Clearwater, quaint Dunedin, beautiful St. Petersburg, Tampa Zoo, and tons of amazing beaches and public parks. Be sure to check out the Clearwater Aquarium, kiss a gator and shop/eat your heart out at Saint John's Pass, charter a fishing trip, take a sunset cruise on the Gulf of Mexico, enjoy a round of golf at any number of amazing courses near by, visit our local waterpark called Splash Harbor, check out Caladesi Island and Sand Key beach, and don't miss the Florida Botanical Gardens. Additionally, the immediate areas of Indian Shores and Indian Rocks Beach are home to great restaurants, bars, coffee shops, ice cream parlors, and kayak/paddle board rentals - many within easy walking distance!
