I stayed for 3 nights over thanksgiving. I was told breakfast was included except they would be closed on Thanksgiving. Completely understood that except there wasnt any breakfast any of the days. Only coffee & water. They took $100 deposit for incidentals. Its been over 2 weeks and they still haven’t released the funds. They were very rude and blamed my bank at first. I called my bank, they tokd me the hotel is still holding the funds. Called the hotel for a 2nd time. Front desk told me “i’ll do what I can on my part but It’ll be 3-5 business days” Im still waiting

Our room and dining area were very comfortable. Great bed and shower. Staff was welcoming and efficient. A short and easy drive to the Pier, restaurants, and museums. Decor is dated but so what?!

The staff was a little distant and detached. They were polite but, kind of daydreaming and slow to respond. All I asked for was fresh towels in our room and didn’t get them. The room had a foul odor I had to use my personal cologne to make it bearable. I felt as if I was staying at a Motel 6 that was run down for what I thought was a Holiday Inn for which I stayed before.Very disappointing.
