The staff was very nice. The outdoor pool was clean but cool. The balcony was big enough to enjoy but the Roman Road was one of the highlights above the hotel! Cool beehives and old homes to explore in.

For the price the penthouse was really nice. The facilities are tired and it isnt the most accessibility friendly layout. The staff were ok, you have to leave your key at reception everytime you go out.

The hotel was great. Easy parking, good location. Rooms and pool were nice. We did the half board, and the dinner could have been better. The food options were okay, but the dessert was disappointing. Kids were excited about the soft serve machine but the ice cream was just watery sweet. I liked the dinner convenience, but the quality needs improvement.

A fantastic stay at Porto Azzurro Aparthotel
As previous stays, this stay was very pleasant. Staff very nice and helpful, room (actually we had an apartment) clean and very spacious. Pool also very nice. Only snag is that so far there is no pool bar.

Overcharged - would not go back
Hotel was ok, bit old but it's not worth the money we have paid. We were asked to pay 24 euros on top of what we paid because for some reason children age was not stated. Our booking was for 2 adults and 2 children but children age showed as 0 age, I don't know how as you can't really select 0, as 0 is for infant. Totaling the money we paid we could get much better hotel. Thee are no instructions how to get to the hotel, despite my request how it get there and for any directions nobody replied to my request. We had to take a taxi as we traveled in the evening. Receptionist was rude and only he was care about charging us extra for the kids, taxes. There was no remote control for the TV I guess you need to ask and who knows they would charge for that too. I would not recommend to friends and family and would not go back there.

Everything was wrong, TV doesn't come with remote control, extra 10 euro for remote. Then it didn't work, when fixed only 2 channels and not good dirty rooms, stained sheets towels old and thorn ,reception desk don't care, never got a wakeup call, laundry done in the middle of walk way, very unhygienic someone should send the health department 😉. Good value hotel
We had a very enjoyable stay. Room good size and clean. Friendly staff and good value for money. Pool area needs some TLC, sunbeds in need of replacement. But in all we would definitely stay again.
