The only reason I can't give this place five stars is because there was a staff member that was giving my husband attitude during our stay. He called to ask when room service was coming by (we needed fresh bedding because he got sick during our stay), and was rudely told that room service is a weekly thing instead of daily, and that we couldn't request room service after they started working. That was at 11 am. We were never informed of this at all during check-in. Additionally, the laundry room was out of order, and the place the person at the front told us to use was already closed for the night, so we had to find another laundromat in the area that wasn't. Otherwise, the room was nice, and I felt safe in the area.

We stayed here about 6 years ago. There is a lot of construction in the surrounding area, but since we were there over Thanksgiving, we did not experience any noise. The property reminds me of a townhouse. We had a room with a loft. Our room was upstairs, this was no issue for us, but might be if someone could not walk steps. There was a nice small kitchen with a full sized fridge and bar countertop with 2 high seat chairs. All cooking and eating utensils were there, we found them stored in the dishwasher and could easily see thst they were clean. There was a couch and a chair and a tv in the living room. The lower floor had 2 beds , queen size, and a connected full bath. There was a tv on the wall in this bedroom . There were double doors so we could close the bedroom off from the living area. Upstairs in the loft we had a king bed , tv and full sized bath. Both bathrooms looked to be newly updated, the tub and shower were spotless! The entire “ apt. Was clean. The beds were very comfortable. The free breakfast was in another building, which means walking outside to get to it, but we brought a small bag of donuts and took advantage of their full size coffeemaker and coffee packets. A very enjoyable stay !

Bed was very comfortable and pillows were great. The refrigerator compressor was too loud, no hot water in bathroom sink, no regular coffee in basket and no body wash in shower. I overslept and missed breakfast, but the staff (Lana) hunted down a bagel, jam and apple for me. Would stay at this location again.

This was a decent place to stay in Chesterfield for a local business event; however, as a woman traveling alone, I would recommend another hotel where you can enter your room through a hotel lobby, with no outside entry ways. The neighborhood seemed safe enough, but my room was right on the street and it seemed too easily accessible to passers-by on the street. No restaurants within a walkable distance, but I was able to order amazing food from Mellow Mushroom nearby, via Uber Eats, which was safely and efficiently delivered to the front desk.

Inside the room was nice and clean. The toilet would not flush. It looked like some of the units were rented apartments. Outside the unit there were men hanging out in the parking lot fixing cars, and sitting on steps smoking. The unit above had a pitt bull that barked all night long. On our 2nd night there we couldn’t drive into the complex because it was surrounded with police doing a manhunt for someone. Not the best experience for a woman traveling alone with her teenage daughter.
