Staff were amazing and helpful. One of them gave us some shady advice. The tram is not safe at night to ride on from the ball field to the airport. The room walls were paper thin and we could hear everything. Our neighbors tv was blaring loud and you could hear them having some adult fun over there. Which is wonderful for them and not so much for the neighbors. The room smelled dirty. The towels were questionable and the bedding was horrible.

The only night that our room was cleaned was the first night we actually checked in after that it went extremely down hill. DIRTY shheet reset backbonbthe bed aling with the pillow cases. Sink had hair and water spots. The same peice of paper sat on the floor dorb3 days so no vacuuming was done at all. And speaking of check in. The clerk was rude and didnt know how to properly check us in. She was ready to get off work with her bags in tow . Unprofessional. The second day ibstopped at the desk the other desk clerk short blonde hair was on a personal call whileyself and 2 others waited. How do i know well when she was laughing and told the person on the other end I'll call you when you get home , told me eveything i needed to know. CLOSE this property down nowwwwww!!! Trash was in the front entrance on a couple occasions when we walked to the car. It was unpleasant and Mr. Marriot would roll over in his grave and die again if he saw this property and stayed here.

The hotel was ok from what I was expecting. The front desk didn’t tell me to use my key for the elevator or give me any information about the hotel. Just gave me my keys and that’s it. I’ve never been to this hotel so that was inconvenient. Housekeeping is very polite . Hotel is very nice .

Nothing great about the hotel. I checked in around 845pm on 08/31/2024. Clerk was rude to guess ahead me, she was polite to me, checked me into room , I go to room key unlocked door, its already occupied. I felt very afraid , i could have gotten hurt, especially the world were in today, i was issiue another room, but I felt i should have been compensated. So thefore I will not stay at this property.

For that price there should be complimentary breakfast and parking. It is ridiculous to have to pay for parking when your paying to stay. What do they want you to do put your car in your pocket. Mr. Andre, however is a blessing and they are blessed to have him as a worker. He cares and that speaks volumes about him. And its werid to have to walk down the hall to use the microwave. Come ooc
