My stay at the Pear Tree Inn was an absolute nightmare. We checked in on December 6, and that evening, we discovered there was no hot water in our room. I went to the front desk to request a solution and was initially told that the maintenance worker was unavailable until morning. Frustrated, I started back to my room but realized that this was unacceptable. After all, part of staying at a hotel is the ability to take a comfortable shower, especially after using the pool. I returned to the front desk and insisted on a resolution. The night staff claimed there were no comparable rooms available and offered only a single room with one bed, despite us originally booking a room with two queen beds. With no other options, my three children and I reluctantly squeezed into the single room just to take showers and make do for the night. It was clear to me that the staff member had no real intention of resolving the issue properly. The next morning, I spoke with Stephanie, the staff member who had checked us in the day before. She apologized sincerely and said the treatment we received was unacceptable. Stephanie informed me there had indeed been other rooms available the previous night, including a king suite, which she immediately moved us to. She admitted there was no reason we couldn’t have been placed in that room initially. While I appreciate Stephanie’s professionalism and effort to rectify the situation, I’m still appalled by how poorly the night staff han

Need to really deep clean
The dust on the air vents was so thick it was crazy. The dust was also going across the ceiling. Down by the fridge was so nasty. We spilled something and went to clean it up and down by the fridge in the cabinet really needs to be clean. There was no small garbage bags in any of the garbage cans.

When we arrived, we was greeted by a very friendly front desk employee. Received complimentary adult beverage for each of for each night we stayed. They offered free soda throughout the day. Breakfast had a fair amount of choices but it was the same every morning. Free Parking!! Stayed in King Size Bed room, plenty of space but the bathroom was small. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash offered smelled really nice. Will stay with this chain of Hotels again.
