Had a 5 night stay, went to the front desk i6n the 3rd morning and asked if I could have my room cleaned and my sheets changed and fresh towels, they handed me sheets to do it myself and never once cleaned my room

The staff is AMAZING! The rooms….were disgusting to be honest. There were hairs all over the sheets, tweezers hanging from the lamp, the TV and refrigerator both didn’t work. When I asked for a new room (it was pretty late in the evening) I was given a new room right down the hall with no complaining from the staff, they were super nice! Unfortunately one the new room’s beds was COVERED in pubic hairs, but the other was safe. Breakfast was okay but on one day it ran out early so we didn’t get to eat. I think the hotel needs more funding to help the great staff make this better. It’s not their fault but the hotel would be much better with some repairs made and better cleaning in place. If you stay here, you might want to request a fresh set of sheets at check in.

Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Overall property is excellent. Only thing that was upsetting is that we couldn’t change channels on TV. Not a problem if you’re hooked on the golf channel. Didn’t want to call down and have someone come to room when my wife was not feeling well.

I traveled with my 2 little kids and the first room they gave us had smoke smell as someone had clearly smoked in the room. They gave us another room downstairs right next to the front desk and 1:20am i woke up to a room filled with cigarette smell, it felt someone was smoking right in my room. I went to the front desk right away and they said they tried calling the next door room but with no answer. Then I heard front desk worker using the disinfecting spray. I was told to talk to the management in the morning. I did and they said they cant refund because the booking is via third party and told me to contact the third party. I contacted Orbitz and they said they will talk to the hotel and process the refund. Its 6 days later and 3 business days later and a refund has not been issued but i have 5 requests to review my stay. So here it is. Very dissapointed and still waiting for my $90 refund.

Kept the facilities very clean. Plenty of parking. I felt safe in the hotel. Quik Trip across the street as well as a McDonalds and few other fast food. BBQ restaurant just next door as well.

The hotel was very clean and very quiet. The bed was comfortable and the front desk even gave me the option of what floor I wanted to stay on which I’ve never had before. I love that.

Our crew had stayed at this property for about a week. On Friday, I got a call at around 6:30 in the morning stating that our crew was making a mess and were being kicked out of the hotel. We called our crew to leave and I got a call once again that if they did not leave the premises that the cops would be called. Our team was innocent the whole time, another construction crew was responsible for the messed. I later got a call that they were wrong and our team could stay. They did not properly investigate and caused a big inconvenience we asked to get refunded for the rest of the nights

The breakfast is pretty good. An addition of pancakes and/or waffles would be nice. But there’s eggs, bacon or sausage, sausage gravy and biscuits, cereal choices, juices, sweet rolls, breads, coffee and milk. The TV channels are so bad though that we probably won’t stay here again. Nothing local and no sports channels. No kids channels either.
