Our check in experience was very good. The front staff was helpful and patient. The room was ok but the bathroom tub drain seemed VERY slow and so was the bathroom sink. There was a ceiling light out above the mirror in the bedroom and the furniture seemed a bit worn. The check out experience was “lukewarm” at best. The staff seemed unhappy to split the bill even though I was told at check in that splitting the bill would not be a problem. For the amount of the room, I was hoping for a better experience. I’ve stayed at this property numerous times and always had a good experience. Not so much this time.

We liked how removed from the city the hotel is. The concert venue was excellently set up and seemed to run smoothly. We would like to suggest having a microwave available to reheat leftover meals from the restaurants, whether in the rooms or in a shared space.

We went for a concert at the Amphitheater, we used the shuttle, which was super helpful and in my opinion worth the cost of tickets for it. The hotel itself wasn’t very clean, the carpets in the hallways had lots of dirt, even some random trash laying around. The room itself was alright for a one night stay, but it definitely wasn’t the cleanest, nicest place we’ve stayed.

We stayed for 2 nights. Property was nice and parking was great. Checked in around 4pm on Friday afternoon and there was a line out the door. The front desk had 5 people working so it went pretty fast. Rooms are nice but didnt look like the floors had been swept or at least very well...had a lot of crumbs scattered around the room. Hallways to our room were pretty dirty as well and were in need on vacuuming. Restaurants on site were good and had enough of a selection so you didnt have to leave the property. Would stay here again if in the area.
