The room did not have working plumbing. The toilet wouldn’t properly flush and the bathtub wouldn’t drain, so we were standing in dirty bath water to shower. I told the front desk about it but they didn’t make any efforts to make things right regarding our experience, and just said they’d let maintenance know. The experience was kind of gross. They need to fix this problem so that guests can feel comfortable.

The suite was spacious and the jetted tub is a very nice touch. The bed pillows are amazing! However, the suite doesn't give a feeling of coziness in the least. My voice echoed throughout the suite because it's pretty barren in regard to simple amenities like a few throw pillows, maybe a throw blanket, a vase (even w/silk flowers), better bedding, interesting/artistic wall hangings. No tissue, no shampoo and no body wash in the bathroom. No microwave to reheat my food.
