Loved the room we’ll definitely stay again. Just it needs to policy to clean the rooms daily unless guest asked for the rooms not to be clean. Staying in a hotel for two days you accumulate a lot of trash because of eating out. Also, there were a lot of wet towels from showering. Also, it needs to be made aware to pay attention to how many people are checking into the room because putting four towels and no washcloths in a room for a family of five we had to keep going downstairs to get washcloths and towels. other than that, all the staff were very friendly and very accommodating.

Stay was good however we did not have any body wash in our shower. It was so late and they had several teams there for tournaments it was not worth trying to get someone to fill it. Nonetheless the room was very nice and everything else was good.

Late night arrival ugh
Showed up as a late arrival. Called ahead to let them know our arrival time and how it would be late. No one working counter and stood there for 10 minutes waiting for someone to help me. When they showed up they had no clue what to do and explained it was first week on job. First computer froze up….went to second computer where they still couldn’t find my reservation. When they finally did they put us in a room that we found out in the morning was a room they were planning to renovate and asked if we had any problems. Since all we did is sleep who knows what was not working. Overall not a great experience!

The front desk clerk was incredibly nice. The room was in very bad shape…carpet was so dirty that I didn’t want to take my shoes off.i would not even put my little dogs bed on the ground. Bed and linens and bathroom was clean. Would not stay again.
