The fifth floor I stay there was a lot of kids there I guess running around all night making noise throwing ice all in the hallway. I went there to get a piece of mind cause I was sick and going a mental break down that my second time staying there and my last time

Everything was amazing except for the distance I had to walk as a disabled to get to my room. Since it was extremely far to walk with a spinal disease, I couldn’t leave the room for anything.

The breakfast was always hot and tasted good. It can get a little crowded but overly so. The room was comfortable. There was hair on the walls of the shower, that was gross. The beds were soft and clean.

Well a great hotel experience went bad pretty quick. Around 10pm our toilet would go down. A call to the front desk resulted in “oh, well come down and get a plunger” 100% unacceptable. I hope the manager hears about this because I would like to know if that is standard procedure.
