A very clean classy place. Staff were all friendly and helpful. They have a workout room, laundry room, etc... Pool closed and restaurant on limited hours due to remodeling but we enjoyed our stay there and were very pleased with everything.

Overall good experience. The room was OK - little outdated - we booked for two queen bed but they offered one king bed and one sofa bunk bed. Validating the parking ticket daily with front desk was annoying. The breakfast and location was the best. You can get omelette ordered on the go like in vacation resorts!! Breakfast area ladies were super friendly. Anytime we requested extra towels etc, they delivered within 5 minutes - that was awesome given the size of the hotel and so many number of rooms.

It may look a bit tired outside but my room was great. The complimentary breakfast is probably better than any other free breakfast I’ve had at all the other national chains. (I.e. real eggs!!)

We stayed in a 1 bedroom which was roomy but looked a little tired. AC was great but the ceiling fan (which we appreciate) could not be adjusted so it was like a wind tunnel. Way too many "home made" signs posted. It was tacky.

The price was right. The rooms were not carpet, which is great. I hate the Petri dish feel of carpet and older hotels. The complementary breakfast is decent. It is centrally located in Clayton, which allowed me to walk to various places. There are excellent hotels within walking distance. Strauss is an upscale grocery store which is close.

Staff was helpful to assist as this was our first time staying here and the layout can be a bit confusing if you’ve never been here. Garage parking. There was only one wash cloth in the room and the shampoo was empty. Although the stock body wash and conditioner was nice. Along with good channel selection and a clean room. The front desk staff was not hospitable. No information would be given to me unless I specifically asked for it. I do not know what caused this chill in relations. They did not ask if I had ever been at the location before and they did not offer any information about breakfast. The person, a male, who registered before me was given a lot of information and offered 2 bottles of water. My experience was nothing like the man's experience. My space was wonderful! I might come back again, but not sure.
