This was a fine place to stay for our needs, which was a single night on a road trip. The place seemed in need of maintenance - Ice machine was broken, 2 out of 3 fitness machines were broken. The shower in our bathroom had a very slow drain.

The condition of the room was sub par. First thing we saw was a desk chair with torn leather like fabric. The drain in the shower was so slow you had to stand in a few inches of water. The sink faucet came out in nearly a trickle. I asked if they would exchange the chair for a better one and nothing happened. I called about a potentially lost ring and was told they would get back to me and they didn't. I have enjoyed my stays in Best Westerns in the past. This was a "worst" Western. Ill think again before booking in this hotel chain. One redeeming thing was the staff. They were friendly . Donna B
