Should you require an additional bed, the sofa sleeper converts to full-size bed by moving the ottoman over to form a rectangular platform and applying linens (provided on request). Bringing your furry friends? We're dog friendly! We offer guests the option to bring their pups along as an optional add-on service. Our pet fee is $15/night for the first dog and $5/night per dog after the first ($30 minimum). We allow up to 3 dogs with a weight limit of 60 lbs per pup. Add-on services are paid separately after booking, and we offer discounts for guests staying longer than a week!

Most of our guests are incredibly respectful and kind, but occasionally we have guests who treat our home, our cleaners, and/or our neighbors with disrespect. We require all guests to agree to our rental policy, to pay any associated fines in the event of violation of these policies, and to take responsibility for any damaged or missing items. We reserve the right to place an authorization hold for incidentals and fees, which will be released in full upon inspection of the property, provided that our policies were adhered to and there were no damages. We also reserve the right to perform guest identity verification and screening after booking. We understand that there are many valid reasons for needing to cancel or alter a reservation, so rather than acting as a kind of judge for the validity of each case (and in fairness to our guests who do not ask for special treatment), we refer guests to our cancellation policy to ensure it’s understood upfront and do not offer policy exceptions for any reason.

Lovely and convenient
This property was perfect for me. Great neighborhood, extremely walkable. Nice coffee shop across the street. Big park just up the street. The unit is nicely laid out and well maintained. The host was very responsive when I had a minor (self inflicted) issue. Definitely recommend.
