parking is brutal there, and the room cards stopped working at exactly 11am, we returned from breakfast at 11:02 (70 minute wait for a simple breakfast) and had to go to front desk to get access to our room to collect our bags. Staff is very friendly and accommodating.

The Jag is very esthetically pleasing and makes you feel like a rock star. Staff were courteous and gave excellent recommendations for local places to visit. The lobby bar was fantastic.

Terrible experience. Upon arrival, after the published check in time, the queue to check in at the front desk was very long and took 45 mins to get to the desk to actually check in. At that point we were advised the rooms were not actually ready and was told we'd have to wait 5-10 minutes. After 40 minutes I decided to inquire again, and the room still wasn't ready. Finally we received the room keys over an hour and a half after arriving at the hotel. We then had to proceed outside to get to the older, original JAG building (yes the front desk is in the new building). Albeit the two buildings are connected by pedway but not at ground level where the front desk is. We were given complimentary breakfast coupons for our troubles and were advised to give them ot the server at the restaurant before ordering. So, we proceed to the onsite restaurant early the next morning only to be turned away because "reservations are mandatory", although there were plenty of open tables but for some reason they couldn't sit my wife and I. This was our second bad experience in a row at JAG, thus we will not be returning. There are plenty of better options in the downtown area that actually have ample parking as well, rather than expecting you to park in onstreet city parking a km away from the hotel.

I have stayed here many times but this was the first time on the "new" side. The rooms were much smaller and there was know water or treats to purchase in the room? disappointing ! Room was clean and valets were excellent !!

Such a unique hotel. I felt like I was in Vegas! Every corner has some unique design element or rock memorabilia. The rooms were very spacious with every amenity to make your stay comfortable. Maybe some extra lighting in the rooms would be nice? The beds were extremely comfortable and the whole hotel was spotlessly clean. Definitely would stay again!

The room was nice and we had a good view. The heater didn't work very well and the pillows were really puffy, with no other options. Bar and front door staff were very nice. We had very loud neighbours 3 nights in a row and one night the fire alarm went off three times. The hotel is beautiful but it seems the party never ends.

The hotel was great wonderful decor and the music was brilliant. Great staff . The added bonus of the wellness center with pool sauna and jacuzzi was great helped to relax you for the night ahead. The only thing that wasn't great was the tv option couldn't link up my phone to it for music and there didn't seem to be any options for channels. But besides that great place to stay
