The hotel isn’t bad but the parking lot is very inconvenient, dirty, and noisy. The staff and food is alright. The room looked fine but it might be the carpet dust causing the itchiness.
The room was outdated the bathroom needs to be totally redone - i perfer a toilet that is higher then 10 inches - the bathroo. Sink cupboard was ugly and cheap looking and crack - for $307 you expect a bit more
Great location, easy access coming in to town and to the activities in the Downtown/George St. area. The room was clean and comfortable.

Fabulous location, great rooms and bathroom but horrible breakfast— we went for the eight mornings of our stay to Exile at the Jag for breakfast— and many areas are tired looking.
Staff were less helpful with stuff because we booked “third party “ people next to us had same issues and they were given free parking and free breakfast.. all I heard was you booked “third party” not impressed
