Property is well maintained and ALL staff were courteous and seemed to really care about guests. Beach was a bit rocky and had continuous waves but the water is wonderfully clean.

Aside from the beach view; the room over looked the lagoon. This provided a lovely view at dusk of birds flying in to roost in what appeared to be mangroves.

We had a great 7 days in Grenada. Diamond club was absolutely worth it. We used the Diamond club pool, Grazie restaurant for breakfast and our butler Edson was amazing. He helped book all our dinners, tours and assisted with all our luggage. He also helped ordering food/drinks at the beach and was just a wonderful host. Food offerings had lots of choice and we really liked the French restaurant. The grounds at the Royalton were immaculate, beautiful and clean. The nightly entertainment was fun and there was always something going on. Our room (Presidential Suite) was comfortable and well stocked daily. Our only issues were that the buildings are a bit older and in need of some renovations and would have liked to have no smoking in the theatre/bar area as air circulation was not great and it could get quite hot as there were no ceiling fans. But overall our trip was well worth it and exceeded our expectations.

We spent a week in october 2025. The beach was great and plenty of beach lounges were available. The food options were varied and very good. The room was clean and refreshed daily. The people that worke there were very nice and went out of their way to make our stay memorable.

The property itself was nice and clean, but the overall experience was disappointing due to poor communication and unprofessional staff. The Indian restaurant served below-average food, though the staff was polite. The Italian restaurant was even worse — the food was terrible, the host was rude, and the server acted like they were doing us a favor by serving us. The buffet was the only good dining experience. The food was tasty, had plenty of variety, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We were told in writing that we could extend our stay by an hour, but the front desk gave us the runaround. They told us to come back the next day, which was our checkout day, only to then say it couldn’t be done. It was frustrating and could’ve easily been avoided. Overall, the property looks great, but the service and communication need serious improvement. If you want better service, I’d recommend booking through the Diamond Club

The beach view was good. Our room was a garden view room but we still were able to see the beach. And the sunset view was lovely. The air conditioning in the room worked very well, no complaints.

The view was amazing Room temperature was comfortable The staff was friendly I was disappointed that on the 14th they only had one restaurant open. I was in a party of five. We made a reservation for Italian restaurant when we got there they couldn’t find our reservation. Staff was not able to do anything to assist us. It was our last night and we wanted to have a restaurant experience. We did not have that restaurant experience overall because of the restaurant issue and staff was not able to resolve issue I gave them a three stars. I had a very amazing experience at the spa. I would definitely recommend a spa treatment.

Had some great experiences at this location, entertainment was daily and Tiffany (the bartender) was really nice. I went to see her everyday. The property was nice it was just hard getting hold of housekeeping sometimes. Kids club was great, my son had fun. I did not see my Expedia rep not one day of the stay and they did not try to reach out to us. Also my husband requested bday decorations multiple times and we never received them.
