This hotel was great! The only downfall is they don’t have enough staff to attend to guest imagine on a Saturday and there is only one bartender serving everyone at the swim up bar, also at the prepare your eggs the way you like it only one person to cook the eggs can you imagine the line and wait at these station it was terrible other than that everything else was excellent

I really enjoyed my stay at the Radisson (2 nights).There was a shortage of staff but the staff I encountered were super helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great with local traditional options as well as English and American. I had a special request for my elderly mum and this was responded to and communicated in advance of our stay. The amenities by beach was excellent. Would definitely stay again.

We were out for the entire day and our room never got cleaned. Very weak internet connection in rooms. Nobody was ever at the Towel hut. Food service was horrible. About an hour wait for food! I was standing at the bar one evening trying to get water for my son and they simply ignored me.

Here’s a clear and professional review you can post on Expedia for the Radisson in Grenada, reflecting your experience accurately and respectfully: --- Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ (1 out of 5 stars) Title: Poor Safety Standards and Lack of Care I stayed at the Radisson in Grenada for two nights and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. During my stay, I slipped on wet tiles in a public area of the hotel. Several staff members witnessed the fall, but no one came to offer assistance or check if I was okay. Only after the incident did they place a “wet floor” sign. The next morning, I went to reception to report what happened. I was surprised to learn they didn’t have an incident book to record it. I also asked for a bandage for my injured knee, but was told there was no first aid kit available on site. I had to take a taxi at my own expense to a local pharmacy to get basic medical supplies. For a hotel of this standard and reputation, I expected far better safety measures and guest care. This experience left me disappointed and concerned about how such situations are handled.

The property was beautiful, and the staff were amazing. Kendra, Akeem, and Dillon went above and beyond — attentive, welcoming, and professional. I wish the dinner menu had more local options, and service at the bar and restaurant was slow at times, likely due to limited staff. The new beach bar was great — it would be even better with beachside food and drink service. Overall, a wonderful stay with a few small areas for improvement.

Disappointed this stay. Food items and selections have been slashed, most TV channels in room don’t work, breakfast side items cold, service slow, watered down soap and shampoo in shower. It’s on the best beach in Grenada but the hotel itself has gone downhill under poor management.

Check in and check out rep (same person I believe his name was Demetri) was AMAZING! Rooms were good, bathroom needs upgrade (showers). Restaurant was a little pricey, but the complementary breakfast was great maybe switching up some stuff throughout the week. Room service was good cleaning always happened but should at least change sheets once in a week. Property and grounds were well kept!!
