The woman at the front desk was so helpful and kind. She brought my kids fresh warm cookies and hot chocolate to have after they got out of the pool, and then had them pick a toy from a little treasure chest. Breakfast was so good too!

Check in was stressful. The desk clerk was not friendly and interrogated me about our ESA. Asking a bunch of questions he wasn't allowed to ask by law but I cooperated. It got to the point I told him to just charge us for him. It wasn't worth the stress.

Cants say enough positive things about the staff. Brooklyn at the front desk was outstanding. We had three rooms for the night, one of which was for our 96 year old mother. Brooklyn made sure we had an accessible room that close to us and was very understanding about our needs. The management is fortunate have her on their team. All the rooms were spotless as was the rest of the property. Would definitely recommend this establishment.

Brooklyn at the check-in desk was fantastic. Rooms were clean. Breakfast food was cold. Can't enjoy cold eggs and sausage. Biscuits were delicious despite being cold. Aside from unattractive fruit in a corner, there were NO healthy options, not even grains.

The staff was friendly, and our room was mostly clean aside from some brown smudges on the walls. My main complaint is that our window faced the freeway, and we were kept awake all night by passing traffic. Also, we had a few noisy neighbors who were going in and out of their room until 3:00 am, and their door would crash shut every time they entered or exited. There is just not enough sound dampening in the place to make up for inconsiderate neighbors. If you are sensitive to noise in the night, request a room that doesn't face the freeway or bring earplugs.
