Very dirty. Bed sheets had stains… horrible odors in the room… and couple of bathroom towels weren’t washed. I can’t believe it’s IHG hotel. The worst hotel I ever been. Read great reviews for this place on Expedia, that’s the biggest reason I got this place, but… wow… it’s horrendous. Also no warm water, had to take a shower in icy cold water. DO NOT STAY HERE, DO NOT BELIEVE THE REVIEWS!

Good, But….
Overall everything was good, from the check-in, room cleanliness and breakfast. This hotel is also a convention center with groups of people coming and going. The rooms and halls get noisy during convention times. Also, the water only gets warm, not hot. Showers were only with warm water, but doable. Overall it’s a good stay.

Nice Clean and Comfortable. The Heater Unit was making a really loud noise and wouldn't turn off when it reached temperature so I just had to turn it off for the night so we could sleep, but the room stayed warm without it on so it was fine.

The hotel was nice, clean and people were very courteous. The only problem I had was the mattress was very saggy on my side of the bed, so much so that it was hard to get into it without sliding off the edge. Maybe they could flip mattresses occasionally so that isn't a problem.
