I reserved a room for my family of 4. The couch looked like it had remnants of vomit down the side of it when we pulled the foldout bed out for my child. The room only came with 2 towels when it's advertised as a room for 4 people. Minor inconvenience. We had no hot water while showering after going to the pool. Finally made a call and got that fixed. The hot tub was down which was bummer because my kids wanted to swim most of the day. The staff were helpful but it was more of a hassle having to get help more frequently than I have in past stays. We stay in the st. George area a lot and we're looking for a good hotel to use more frequently.

What a great hotel. The staff were great, the room was clean and fresh. The breakfast was great too. After a month on the road, this was the best hotel we've stayed at.

It was a below average stay - but doable for a bed just passing through town. Lots of dinged up walls. The carpet was really dirty. My feet were black by the next morning. But the bed was comfortable and did its job.

I would rate this a five star but the paint from the walls where peeling and my duather found a cockroach on the desk the bed sheets were also stained but I bought my own blanket so didn't matter to much so I would give it a 3 and a half star

Check in was great. It was quick and easy. She was very friendly. The room is decent, just not quite clean. There was hair on the tub and floor in the bathroom. I also found a stray ibuprofen on the floor by the desk.
