The room was clean and comfortable. It is about 25 minutes from Zion National Park which is convenient. The pool looked nice, although we didn't use it. The breakfast was amazing, with everything you could want with a fancy amazing coffee machine. There is a gas station across the street and a grocery store on the other side. There did not seem to be a lot of restaurant options close, but some good options within a short drive. The only complaint I had was that they only had decaffeinated coffee pods for use in the coffee machine in the room and as I got a migraine one evening and was looking for caffeine I found this a bit inconvenient. I was told that they had run out of caffeinated coffee pods for the rooms. In that case it might have been nice to keep the fancy coffee machine in the breakfast area available. All of the staff were always pleasant and helpful. We really liked staying here, and would stay here again.

Had to wait over 15 minutes for someone to show up to check us in. She was by herself and had to help someone with an issue. Breakfast was not very good. The tub spout in the shower had an inch gap from the wall. I'm sure water is getting in there and will cause a problem eventually.

Too many things went wrong on this 2 night stay; much of it boiling down to lack of maintenance and attention to detail. Overall the stay got off to a bad start and things kept being sub-par.

The suite room was very nice. Bed is very comfortable. A great place to stay that is convenient to zion,bryce ,kolob canyon and state parks. Breakfast was great . The only complaint is need to change foods items around and kot have the same items everyday. I would definitely stay here again .

First they gave me a room where the desk had been removed. The room I moved to had a half functioning A/C unit. Laundry facilities were bad and the machine that dispenses soap was broken. Coffee machines in breakfast area, one was broken, and the other spilt coffee all over the place. Hotel side doors would one time work and one time won’t (receptionist acknowledged that). Overall totally not worth the price especially that next to it seems to be a new holiday inn at the same price roughly.
