The 2 Bedroom combined 1,465 sq. ft. that consist of 1 bedroom Deluxe 875 sq. ft. apartment and 1 bedroom Standard 590 sq. ft., separated by closing the a door between the two apartments. Both have their own kitchen, washer & dryer and all of the same items listed above; however, of the of apartments has a larger living room than the other.
No Pets allowed with the exception of Services animals as defined by the ADA are permitted at all Bluegreen Resorts. Pets that are NOT a Service animal will be ask to board their pet at a local facility. If pet is not boarded or if boarding is unavailable and unsuitable for your vacation you will be asked to forfeit your reservation with refund of your payment.
If an unauthorized animal is observed on property or within your villa, you and your traveling party will be asked to depart the resort early. In addition, cleaning fees and/or repair costs resulting from unauthorized pets are the responsibility of the owner account used for the reservation associated with that pet should damages occur.
Please carry proper documentation at all times, and provide when asked while on resort grounds.
Smoking Policy: No Smoking indoors as well as in the pool and spa area, including electronic cigarettes. Subject to $300 fine.
