Great property. Location Quiet safe but the staff here make this property amazing. From check in to check out with lovely Natoya to the service by Melissa at the lounge area We very much enjoyed this property that we are looking at our next trip to St Augustine and we’ll definitely choose Hilton Garden Inn

This is a nice hotel...very clean and well kept. However, we found the beds were as hard as a rock, the pillows were terrible, so we did not sleep well at all. Be aware there is a 20 per night parking fee that is NOT advertized. There is no shuttle service and no free breakfast in the morning. While it was a nice hotel, I think it wasnt much of a value.

Surprisingly great experience. We had to bug out for the hurricane. Got this place last minute for 200 a night. That's a bargain. The hotel is clean, modern and nice. We found it to be an easy walk into town. One of the days we booked the hop on trolley which starts right behind the hotel. Nice tour and great way to get in and out of downtown St Augustine.
