Nice place Uptown. Easy walk to Old Town attractions.
We’re two Snowbirds who enjoy history. This house is located close to it all. We stayed for two months and enjoyed the house and location very much. The host is very responsive, acting quickly to any question or issue. Great place, great location, great host. We hope this house will be available when we return to Saint Augustine. Warning: there’s a new Ice Cream Shop opening up in front of this property. The shop owners are very friendly and outgoing. Staying in this house could prove to be fattening…but you’ll have a great time!

This home was very comfortable and great location to enjoy the many historic sites of St. Augustine. Traffic was terrible over the weekend but the location of the home allowed us to get around easily on foot and avoid all the traffic headaches. William was very easy to communicate with. Very nice rental in great location if you want both the historic district and the beach. Could not have asked for a cleaner more well-appointed property. Lots of nice touches; filtered water, Kleenex in most rooms, plenty of towels, coffee, - too many to mention everything. There is a well-cared for community cat that hangs around the property and made us feel right at home as we are cat parents and cat lovers. She kept her distance and was not a problem but was there.

The bungalow was very easy to find. It's in a great location, just outside of the hustle and bustle, but yet close enough to walk if you choose. Nice that there are two bathrooms in the house. Enjoyed sitting on the porch and relaxing. We didn't cook, so I cannot comment on what's available, but it certainly looked well equipped. Perfect spot a girls long weekend getaway!

There was a bad smell in the back bathroom. We heard noises at night like critters chewing. Maybe that was the smell. Otherwise comfortable beds & seating in living room. The oven did not work after he came to fix it.
