Rooms were great! Breakfast was good 3 pancake makers so no waiting. Everything was clean. staff went above and beyond. Meghan Sima Sam and Sean are one of the reasons when back in area we will stay here again. Schuttle pick up for hop on hop off.

Clean room the bed was a little squeaky but I like that it was firm, quiet, staff nice, hot breakfast, very close to historic district, the shuttle across the street worked great, saves us from having to find or pay parking at the district.

the room was clean when we checked in Wednesday evening. the staff was very friendly and helpful. the only problem we had was getting our room cleaned. was posted that it would be cleaned every 3rd day, which did not happen. every evening we came in and nothing had been done. we had to go the front desk to request towels and one other time Sam came up with clean towels and emptied our trash and that was on a Saturday evening. The room was not cleaned again until we checked out on the 19th, hopefully. the front desk said they left a note for housekeeping both times we reported this. that is the only complaint we have, all else was good. I doubt we will stay at this hotel again whenever we return to St Augustine. we have stayed at other Comfort Suites in the past with no problems. Reported this when we checked out and she asked if we had the do not disturb sign out, which we did not. please let guests know the policy on cleaning rooms and the rotations of towels. having it at the top of the mirror in the bathroom is not a good idea.

Very clean room! The staff was very nice. I did not like having to pay a parking fee is that only thing that we didn’t like. I probably will pick another hotel that does charge to park your vehicle since you already paid for the room.
