This thoughtful 3rd Floor Balcony Suite is perfectly located, close to the beach access with a beautiful ocean view. The Balcony is the perfect spot for sharing a sunrise or a glass of wine in the evening. This condo is equipped with a 40" flat screen TV in the living room that includes HD programming. The queen sleeper sofa has a memory foam sleeper sofa mattress and a small recliner. The kitchen was recently remodeled to include a 4 burner stove with oven and new appliances and countertop. The bathroom has plenty of storage space for towels and an updated walk in shower. Ceiling fans in both the living room and bedroom keep the beach breeze throughout the condo. The private bedroom has a King size Beautyrest pillow top mattress and a 26" flat screen TV. This is a great spot to enjoy all there is to enjoy at the beach! NO PETS ALLOWED

Not long enough!
Loved the peace and quiet offered at Beachers Lodge! The pool area was nice and private access the beach was great. I would recommend it to anyone staying in St Augustine.

Worth The Drive From Vermont
We had a wonderful stay in St. Augustine. The property was well maintained. All of the employees were very friendly and helpful. Our condo was very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

Exactly Perfect
Our goal was visiting St Augustine but also to enjoy the beach. This was the perfect location! Quiet and just far enough out of St Augustine for it to be quaint and low key. But, also there was plenty close by to not have to drive into St Augustine everyday. So many great little shops and restaurants within just a few blocks of the property! Everyone we met was super friendly. The locals were all great! The maintenance person on the property daily from 12pm-10pm was awesome. Friendly and upbeat. He seemed to really enjoy his job! This was a great place for a beach vacation!

Perfect weekend getaway
It was the perfect spot for a quick weekend getaway and the view was amazing! One thing to note is there are only stairs to get to the beach, no ramp. It didn’t affect our stay but we didn’t realize that when booking.

Overall, we enjoyed our anniversary weekend on the beach The condo was good, though a bit small for the price compared to other oceanfront units we've stayed in along Florida's Atlantic coast. Everything seemed to be in working order, but the interior could really use some TLC, including a fresh coat of paint on the walls (lots of dirty hand prints and smudges), some cosmetic maintenance in the bathroom (vent fan in ceiling looked like it was about to fall down and the wood on the cabinets was stripped along the floor), and a new recliner or chair in the living room would be nice (the recliner was very old and dingy and the foot rest kept getting stuck when it was moved up). The view from the private balcony was beautiful and the AC units in both the living and bedroom worked exceptionally well, as did the microwave and stove. Our biggest regret is that we were not aware that other units in the building were "pet friendly." There were lots of guests with large and small dogs on the property and, unfortunately, the dog in the room next door began barking loudly at 10pm, which continued on/off through night. Since there is no way to ensure this would not happen again, we will likely not choose to stay at this property (Beachers' Lodge) in the future.

This property is very outdated and needs some work. It is overpriced and the only thing that made it worth my while was the view of the beach. It is also very small.

Kiddo loved the warm pool and easy access to the beach. Outside bathroom by the pool great touch. Hoses for your sandy feet. Bring you own coffee mugs... otherwise kitchen has all you need.

By using VRBO, I expected quality. This was just a lodge that was fairly run down. The furniture wasn’t exactly clean. We left a day early as we were not comfortable there.

The bedroom is against the walkway wall, so it was loud trying to sleep hearing people coming and going. The bathroom is so small, the door nearly touches the toilet when opening inward. But the condo had everything needed, and the bed was very comfortable. The front desk staff was very friendly and kind. The beachfront was great.

Ocean views that can not be beat
The layout of the units are fantastic. Having a kitchenette was incredibly helpful, especially during these pandemic times. We fell asleep to the sound of the waves and it gently awoke us in the morning. The balconies are outstanding - allowing you to spend hours out there taking in the beauty of all around you. The property is showing it's age but it is certainly kept up with just needs a fresh coat of paint and the rooms a deep steam clean. A great value for the money.
