Hidden Gem
This hotel is in a small town at the edge of the world, St. Anthony, NL, but it is excellent. Our room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities you would want including a refrigerator and microwave. It even had a piece of furniture which could be turned into a third bed. The hotel itself is charming with a little store next to the front desk. Our room had a beautiful view of the harbor. The staff were friendly. Just note that the hotel does not have an elevator.

We had the family suite and it was a really lovely place. Looked newly renovated. Breakfast was just fine. Town was nice, we stayed here to access L’Anse Aux Meadows and a whale watching tour.

Lovely old building mostly renovated. Sparse in furnishings but clean and spacious with well-equipped kitchen. Great deck with bay view but no furniture. Flooring not insulated for sound, no carpeting, so heard the family upstairs who came in around 11pm.
